On average we need 4 to 7 days to schedule your project and
present a comprehensive timeline of development. Project timelines
vary based upon the complexity of the work contemplated. Often
it is necessary to complete certain portions of a project
before others can begin. For example, we recommend not creating
a website first if your company needs a new graphic identity
(i.e. colors, logo, graphics, etc.)
After a budget and concept are decided upon, an itemized
schedule of workflow will be provided. We endeavor to adhere
to this timeline as strictly as possible. Please keep in mind
that a timeline is also based upon the timeliness of responses
to questions that arise.
There inevitably are changes that become apparent; these
frequently alter the project schedule. We will notify you
quickly if it becomes necessary to modify a timeline.

| Billing Policies |
| o DEPOSITS: |
| A total cost estimate will be prepared. When agreed upon the
project will be scheduled when we are in receipt of a required
30% deposit. In general we make our best efforts to stay within
close tolerances of the cost estimate. |

| o INVOICING: |
| Our bills are prepared and rendered every two
weeks, they are due upon receipt. We expect to receive payment
within ten elapsed days. |

| o EXPENSES: |
| Costs generated in execution and preparation of client work
for supplies, props, presentation materials, etc. are billed
as expended. |
| |
| o PORTAL-TO-PORTAL: |
| When we have to leave our facility to work on an aspect of
a project we bill from the time we leave our doorway until the
time of our return. |
| |
| o OUTSIDE SERVICES: |
| With the prior authorization of the client, outside
expertise and services will be engaged. Often these services
will be billed at advantaged rates as we have continuing relationships
with many specialized vendors. |

| o RUSH CHARGES: |
| We have learned and are constantly reminded that supervised
production runs are of better quality than unsupervised ones.
This supervision is always done with client approval and will
be billed at our prevailing normal billing rate. |

| Copyright |
| All work is guaranteed to be original and is the property
of Walton Design until the project is completed and payment
made in full. At that time, the client is granted the copyright
while Walton Design retains an unrestricted, irrevocable license
to use all created codes, programming and other material; the
client owns the copyright on all derivative work they create,
while we retain the copyright on all derivative work we create. |
